Product Description

This EN ISO20471:2013 Class 2 hi-vis tool vest is built from durable, heavy-duty ripstop fabric to deliver long-lasting performance in demanding work environments. Maximum washing temperature 40˚C. Normal process. No bleaching allowed. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. No industrial laundering. 25 max. wash cycle.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 working days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

Please contact us by email on orders@daltonsafety.com to request a returned material authorisation number, (RMA number) stating the reason for the return of the goods. This number should be quoted on the documentation with the goods you are returning, as it will help us to quickly expedite any refund. You should also include details of your name, address and contact number.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature upon delivery.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Shipping Policy

In order to ensure the safe delivery of your chosen products the majority of our deliveries are made via Evri or DPD though we may at our discretion use alternative carriers. All orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be processed that day and will typically be delivered within two business days. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the next day Monday to Friday.

For next day deliveries you must have placed your order before 10am. We must stress that while we may ship your order for next day, we do not control the couriers and therefore there could be a slight delay.

Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the Monday. Orders that required ID verification will not be shipped until verified.

Shipping costs are as follows

Delivery within the UK

  • Orders up to £150 (including VAT) require an additional shipping fee. 
  • Orders over £150 (including VAT) require no additional shipping fee.
  • There will be a shipping charge for footwear even if the order is over £150 (including VAT)
